COVID-19 Update

Thank you for placing your trust in our doctors and team members to care for your loved ones. We are committed to providing safe and convenient access to our clinic while dealing with the uncertainty surrounding the spread of COVID-19.

We’ve updated our protocol to prevent the possibility of exposing you, your pets, and our team members. We’re disinfecting surfaces including floors, door handles, countertops, and walls between clients. We are servicing one client per arranged time slot. Your contact will be with a single staff member when possible while inside the practice.

We’re temporarily asking that you schedule a convenient care drop-off instead of an in-person appointment. We strive to keep you fully involved with your pet’s healthcare and we will continue to do so. We are providing tele-medicine using Zoom, Iphone Facetime, or Skype to help advise you without an office visit.

Please schedule or notify us regarding drop-off, pick up, and visiting times. If you are needing a refill or new prescription, we are mailing these to you free of charge. If you cannot let us know in advance when you will arrive, we will make plans with you upon your arrival.

All Pets has already prepared for a worst-case situation where supplies may be limited. We have an ample supply of medications, disinfectant, soap, hand sanitizer, masks, respirators and cleaning supplies.
